Activities in Vilnius University and MO Museum
On
the 27th of April, 2026 senior students were taught ecology and
biology in laboratories by Vilnius University teachers. The students learnt how
it is important to make eco friendly surroundings for plants. The experimentsshowed
how fragile plants are but how helpful they are for the humanity to be healthy.
The guided tour in MO museum helped to realise how young artists from many
countries make art when using recycled materials
Nordplus Junior project Activities in Kaunas
On the 26th of April Nordplus Junior project Circular
Economy activities were carried in
Kaunas. The students acquired much experience in Science Island and Zoopark.
Following the given theoretical knowledge they successfully made experiments and
found out what may happen if we aren‘t eco-friendly. 
Earth Day in Seduva Gymnasium. Action Swapping Things
On the 20th of March during breaks students were
swapping things (toys, books, games, clothes) which they do not need any more.
The aim of this action was to show pupils what sustainability means and how
effectively eveyone can envolve.
On November 20,
2025, the National Environmental Olympiad for grades 7-8 "Charge the mind
- charge the future" was held at Šeduva Gymnasium, under the patronage of
Her Excellency President Dalia Grybauskaitė. This Olympiad was organized by the
Electronics Distributors Association. 12 students from grades 7-8 were selected
for this Olympiad. Students deepened their knowledge of how to responsibly use
human necessities, electronic devices, and how to sort materials. This is a
meaningful experience in changing thinking about sustainability, understanding
how modern society must learn to live harmoniously with nature and its
environment.

Every year on the 20th of March Seduva Gymnasium in
Lithuania celebrates Earth Day. This year students according to their age werewatching
documentary films on ecology how to recycle and reuse waste and move to zero waste policy.

Actuality lessons Circular Economy for Junior Class Students
In November senior class students who are participating in
the project made forty minute long five presentatios for junior class students
in which they presented Nordplus Junior project Circular Economy activities
based on the project partners‘ meeting from Estonia and Latvia in Lithuania
(what enterprises they visited, what practical activities they did). They also
introduced the activities which they
will do in Estonia and Latvia next year.
The junior students were encouraged to participate in solving ecological issues
too.
The senior students (Lithuania) partcipated in the national online exam Check your Knowledge about Sustainability.
